THE SDR JOB:

We are expanding our Growth team and seeking elite Sales Development Representatives who possess the discipline, drive, and tenacity of a top producer. This is a performance-oriented role designed for professionals who thrive on building a pipeline, exceeding targets, and owning the first, critical step in our business development process.

As an SDR, you will be identifying high-value prospects, initiating executive-level conversations, and securing qualified opportunities. You will operate with a clear process, strategic messaging, and the resilience to win in a competitive, high-stakes market.

  • Gain an understanding of the complexities associated with running a medical practice
  • Learn how medical payers and providers work together to provide better care

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Prospecting : Research and identify specialty practice targets aligned with TRIARQ’s growth objectives.

Multi-Channel Outreach : Execute disciplined outreach via phone, email, and professional networks to engage decision-makers.

Value-Led Engagement : Educate physicians and administrators on TRIARQ’s capabilities as a strategic partner that enables practice growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Pipeline Creation : Consistently deliver qualified opportunities that translate into long-term partnerships.

CRM Excellence : Ensure precision and accuracy in data entry, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.

Market Intelligence : Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare trends, competitive positioning, and TRIARQ’s value proposition.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ months of SDR, BDR, or comparable sales experience; healthcare exposure preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Microsoft, AI
  • Demonstrated ability to research, qualify, and engage prospects in complex B2B environments.
