About the Role:
This is a non-supervisory position requiring in-office attendance. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive timely, accurate, and empathetic guidance over the phone. This role involves working closely with clinical teams to manage patient calls, document interactions in the EMR, and support follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage prescription refill requests, lab/radiology communication, and patient messaging in collaboration with clinic staff.
  • Follow triage guidelines and standing orders to provide appropriate advice or escalate cases.
  • Provide education and reassurance to patients and caregivers.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic phone presence.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
