JOB TITLE : Stock Associate

REPORTS TO: General Manager

Job Purpose:

The Stock Associate is a key support to the store operational functions focused on merchandise logistics, incoming and outgoing shipment processing, allocation, and stock room maintenance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Stock Associate partners with store leadership to ensure product levels and replenishment needs are aligned with TOM FORD FASHION standards and business needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support inventory management by conducting regular inventory cycle counts in partnership with Store leadership to ensure stock levels are consistent with system records.
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing products for quality and presentation standards before sending to clients or placing them on the sales floor.
• Report and manage any damage or discrepancies per Company guidelines and through the standard channels.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized stockroom to maximize sales efficiency, pivot merchandise when needed to accommodate stock levels and prevent damage, especially delicate and high-end items.
• Partner with Store leadership to replenish the selling floor with the right products in a timely manner, coordinate with sales associates and visual merchandisers to ensure displays are always full and attractive to ensure a best-in-class client experience and to maximize sales generation.
• Follow strict procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss, including accurate tracking and secure handling of merchandise. Adhere to company protocols when handling transfers, damages, and returns.
• Respond to product requests and communicating the arrival of transfers in a timely manner to enhance customer service.
• Locate and prepare products for client appointments and special events as needed.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of retail experience required; preferably in a luxury environment
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with strong passion for engagement and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a polished, professional, and luxury-focused demeanor
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, high energy and a positive work environment.
• Availability to work during Store hours of operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Must be able to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Microsoft Teams, POS and phone systems, cash register and all other office equipment as needed
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds as required.
