I’m partnered with one of the fastest-growing regional contractors in Northern California , renowned for delivering large-scale earthworks and paving projects across the region. With a strong pipeline of high-profile work, they’re now seeking a talented Senior Estimator to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the preparation of bids and cost estimates for major earthworks and paving projects
• Reviewing design documents, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
• Collaborating with project managers and executives to develop winning strategies
• Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating processes
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in earthworks and paving
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ambition to progress into a Chief Estimator position
