We are a closed-door pharmacy serving long-term care, assisted living, and hospice facilities across multiple states. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with inputting and processing prescriptions
• Fill and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Perform IV compounding (if applicable)
• Follow all regulations and guidelines from state and federal agencies
• Answer phone calls and assist or triage appropriately
• Prepare medications for delivery according to schedule
• Support walk-in customers or direct them to the right department
• Manage inventory and assist with medication ordering from wholesalers
• Help with medication returns and emergency kit management
• Maintain an active Pharmacy Technician license in the State of New Jersey
• Participate in company initiatives and use provided tools and resources
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician (retail experience acceptable)
• Comfortable with data entry and inputting prescriptions
• Availability to work full-time, including every other weekend
• Flexible to work various shifts:
• Weekdays: 2–10:30 PM or 10 AM–6:30 PM
• Weekends: Saturday (10 AM–6 PM) / Sunday (9 AM–5 PM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a long-term care (LTC) or closed-door pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and systems
