We are seeking an experienced L&D Manager for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA.
This position is responsible for leading, planning, developing, implementing, and administering development and training programs within the plant for all hourly and salaried team members throughout the organization. The L&D Manager also acts as a liaison and advisor to the plant leadership team and facilitates initiatives for improving the plant productivity and performance.
