Who we're looking for:

TRD is looking for a highly motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide first-level support for IT-related issues across the organization
  • Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals
  • Create and manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • Support conference room technology, AV equipment, and remote collaboration tools
  • Install, update, and configure software applications
  • Monitor system health, backups, and patch updates
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Document support processes and contribute to IT knowledge base

What you will bring:

  • 1–2 years of IT support experience or equivalent education
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking
  • Familiarity with user administration, password resets, and printer setup
  • Comfortable using remote support tools (e.g., RDP, TeamViewer)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team

Bonus if you have:

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar entry-level certifications
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Admin Console
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
