Job Description

Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with Polaris, a leader in the powersports industry. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities.   • Contract Duration: 6 months + potential to extend
  • Worksite Location: Rigby, ID
  • Compensation: $15.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations
  • Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying problems, recommending solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment, including order adjustments, confirmations, and scheduling for both dealers and individuals
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding returns, warranties, and exchanges while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Act as a key contact for product and technical questions, acquiring broad knowledge of company offerings and policies
  • Contribute to the team by identifying sales opportunities and process improvements, and accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain workflow efficiency with attention to deadlines and customer satisfaction
  • Support a high standard of internal communication and collaboration to enhance the overall customer experience

What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Representative role:

  • High school diploma required
  • 50+ WPM typing speed with strong computer, phone, and office technology skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in both phone and in-person roles
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a call center or similar high-volume environment preferred
  • Passion or familiarity with powersports is a plus
  • Dependable, energetic, and able to think on your feet with a positive, can-do approach
