Job Overview: Part-Time & Contract Work

Fast-faced and growing B2B products company seeking qualified, driven, and talented candidates for the team as a Creative Marketing Designer. Company is actively disrupting the traditional cannabis packaging industry with its sustainable material, actively preserving bud quality and farm reputation by maintaining humidity levels against external environmental fluctuations during the journey from farm to consumer.

The Creative Marketing Designer, reporting directly to the CEO & CRO, will oversee the visual elements of sales, marketing, and product development. This role demands a candidate adept at collaborating with international team members, offering creative insights, and proactively taking initiative. Key responsibilities include improving B2B sales deck visuals, crafting newsletter content on HubSpot, designing website visuals, and product illustrations, as well as managing product promotion, image enhancement, layout tasks, and graphic design creation. The ideal candidate should also be skilled in sourcing talents for 2D & 3D product animations. Candidates should be comfortable spending some time creating original designs, overseeing visual project integrations, and managing visual asset libraries. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Simplify complex concepts and processes into clear, engaging, and visually appealing communications.
  • Support the sales team by creating visual materials, including sales decks and marketing content.
  • Produce email marketing content targeting qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to design products that combine high-fashion aesthetics with functionality.
  • Design marketing materials for trade shows.
  • Enhance and maintain visual consistency across platforms like Amazon, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and HubSpot.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Current master's students or undergrads graduating in 2026 or 2027, as well as those with equivalent professional experience , are encouraged to apply.
  • Robust academic background in graphic design, product design, visual arts, or visual & media communication is strongly preferred.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience.
  • Proficient in various design and communication tools, including Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledgeable in the cannabis market is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with remote work and possesses high professional ethics, including adherence to confidentiality requirements.
  • Team player who can also take initiative and lead within a design team, comfortable in a startup environment.

Location/Travel:  Work is primarily online, with weekly team meetups in Boston encouraged for local candidates. Occasional travel is required for trade shows and customer visits. Company will cover all travel expenses, following our travel policy.

Compensation:

  • $22 per hour.
  • Flexible scheduling based on task objectives.
  • CPT is sponsored, and there is flexibility regarding future immigration visas.
