The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role manages scheduling, correspondence, and documentation while assisting with general office operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and records
Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
